Frequently Asked Questions

Yes — we’re fully insured and trained. Safety and professionalism are a big part of how we work, and we treat every job like we’re working on our own home.

We do supply the brackets, and we actually prefer to use our own. We’ve tested them extensively and know exactly how they behave. Some customer-supplied brackets can be overly complex or tricky to level, especially the full-motion types. We offer both fixed flat-mount brackets and full-motion pivoting brackets, depending on your needs.

Absolutely. We specialise in concealing cables wherever possible. That includes running HDMI, power, and antenna cables through the wall or using tidy conduit solutions if in-wall isn’t feasible.

Yes, we’ll take care of everything from scanning channels to helping you log into Netflix, Stan, Disney+, Kayo, and other streaming services. You’ll be ready to watch before we leave.

You can — but it depends on the setup. Heat and electronics don’t mix well, so we’ll check the clearance, wall type, and TV height first. If we think it’ll work and won’t affect your screen or comfort, we’re happy to mount it there.

Yes, we keep a full stock of HDMI cables, antenna leads, and power cables on hand and supply them as needed during your install.

Yes — we don’t just hang and go. We’ll help connect your TV to Wi-Fi, tune the channels, and log in to your streaming services like Netflix, Stan, or Disney+. If you’ve got a soundbar or gaming console, we’ll get those sorted too.

Yes please — we’ll need you to let us in and be around in case we need to ask about placement or settings. Once we’re done, we’ll show you how everything works before we go.

It depends on the job. A standard TV hang and setup usually takes about 30 to 60 minutes. Hanging a gallery wall or multiple artworks might take a bit longer — especially if we’re helping with layout and spacing.

Yes, we offer a pick-up, delivery, and installation service. If you’ve bought a TV, mirror or artwork and need it delivered and installed, we’ll handle the whole process for you — including removal of old items if needed.

Always. We treat your home or business with respect and leave it as clean as (or cleaner than) when we arrived.

Our quotes usually cover everything: the install, brackets (if needed), full setup, cable hiding, and even tidying up after. If there’s anything out of the ordinary — like long cable runs, really heavy items, or custom wall prep — we’ll let you know up front so there are no surprises.

Yes — we do it all the time. The key is using the right fittings. We have special hardware that spreads the weight and allows us to securely fix into studs or structural supports behind the wall to ensure a safe and long-lasting installation.

Definitely. We offer advice on placement, height, and layout. We can also design and hang entire gallery-style wall collages if you have multiple pieces to work with.

No problem. We’ve got experience drilling into tiles safely and neatly. Whether it’s TVs, mirrors, hooks, towel rails or other fixtures, we can get it done with minimal risk of cracking or damage.

Yes, we supply and install gallery-style hanging rails that make it easy to adjust artwork without damaging the wall. Perfect for galleries, feature walls, offices, and public spaces.

Yes, we can supply and install commercial-grade screens for digital signage, including mounting and full software supply and setup. We also provide ongoing technical support as long as you’re using our system.

Yes, we can. Whether it’s plasterboard, brick, concrete, tile, or timber — we’ve worked with all kinds of surfaces. We always use the right fittings and fixings for the job to make sure whatever we hang is secure and safe for the long term.

Good question! We use stud finders, spirit levels, and a lot of experience to find the right location. When it comes to TVs or large mirrors, we also think about viewing angles, reflections, lighting, and where your furniture is placed — so it looks great and works perfectly for your space.

Not much! Just clear the area where the install will happen and make sure we’ve got access to power and internet (for smart TVs). We’ll bring everything else — tools, ladders, brackets, and all the bits and pieces to get the job done right.

We’ve seen it all! If your walls are in rough shape, we’ll use special fixings or adapt the installation so it’s still safe and solid. Sometimes it just means working around imperfections or finding a different anchor point.
